Reviews and Ratings
I stayed for one night in the refurbished part of the hotel. The room had a window looking out at an air con system and wall, which was not very appealing. The staff was nice and polite but seemed more interested in chatting than providing efficient service. The location is excellent, overlooking the ruins and offering a spectacular view, close to the train station and tourist destinations. The dining experience was okay with a lovely view of the Pompei ruins, but the scrambled eggs were disappointing and the coffee limited. Overall, the hotel had its positives and negatives.
I couldn't believe how spacious and beautiful our room was, with stunning views of Vesuvius. However, it wasn't ready until 45 minutes past the check-in time. Despite the attractive appearance, it seemed they focus more on attracting tourists than providing timely service. Despite this, the room wasn't the only one facing delays.
